Dentists and Staff
Our team, and practice in general, is different than what you would find in any of today’s corporately owned dental offices. As a team, we embrace spending more time with our patients to provide more tailored care.
With a staff of 6 people, we have a combined 160 years of dental care experience, 100 years within this practice alone. Our longevity, and personal approach has allowed us to get to know our patients, their lives and families. We are confident you will find our approach creates a unique and comfortable environment for your comprehensive dental care.
Dr. Julie O'Neill, D.M.D.
Dr. Julie O’Neill has been practicing dentistry since 2000. After attending Assumption High School, Dr. O’Neill obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville. She was then admitted to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, completing her degree in 2000. She loves serving the Louisville community. Dr. O’Neill has been married to her husband Tom since 1999. They have two teenage sons. Dr. O’Neill enjoys caring for and spending time with her family and friends. She loves fitness, gardening, bird watching, hiking and reading on her porch.
Dr. Stefanie Whitmer, D.M.D.
Dr. Stefanie Whitmer is a lovely and charming dentist who has been practicing dentistry since 1997. She earned her undergraduate degree as B.S. in Biology from Eckerd College before being admitted to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, completing her degree in 1996. She and her husband of 25 plus years have two daughters. Dr. Whitmer enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, travel, reading, and hiking.

Our dentist staff’s mission is to provide excellent comprehensive dental care in a comfortable, patient centered atmosphere. We strive to educate our patients to promote long term oral health. Our goal is for our patients of all ages to receive personalized care to meet their individual needs.

Preventative Care
Preventative care is the key to a healthy smile. Within our family dentistry plan, regular checkups allow us to treat issues before they become a problem. We take time at dental cleanings to educate our patients on how best to maintain optimal oral health and prevent dental emergencies.
Restorative Dentistry
When restorative treatment is needed, our dentists work with you to create a long term, beautiful smile. We treat conservatively with a focus on restoration options that are both cosmetically appealing and sustainable.
